NOTE: In order to begin analysis of your Support Request we need you to run a script and email the log file to us. This log file provides comprehensive information about the Caspian Blade including: Caspian Blade (model and firmware), RAID configuration, RAID levels, Number of RAIDs, Number of volumes, iSCSI targets, Number of drives installed and Model and capacity of drives installed.

To run the Support Script: At UNIX prompt, run "/usr/astute/bin/tech.sh". It will generate the support-info.tgz file in the /usr/astute directory.
