Astute Networks provides the flexibility to choose a support plan that provides the preferred level of extended warranty, expert support and on-site service. Each level—Basic, Enhanced, or Premium—is available for a period of one to five years. These plans are bundled for the convenience of organizations and are designed to support service level agreement (SLA) commitments.

Basic Coverage – Value based option for traditional 8 hour business day

  • Warranty: one to five years.
  • Support: business hours and days (8 hours x 5 days).
  • Service: on-site during next business day.

Enhanced Coverage – Rapid response option for traditional 8 hour business day

  • Warranty: one to five years.
  • Support: business hours and days (8 hours x 5 days).
  • Service: on-site within 4 business hours.

Premium Coverage – Most comprehensive option for 24 hour around the clock coverage

  • Warranty: one to five years.
  • Support: any hours and days (24 hours x 7 days).
  • Service: on-site within 4 business hours.
