At Astute Networks Inc. we view our Partner Service Program for our Original Equipment Manufactures (OEMs) and Network Equipment Providers (NEPs) as more than a 24 x 7 toll free phone number. Astute Networks’ Service Program ensures that our partners get the greatest possible market advantage from Edge Storage.

Service Description

The partnership is established by assigning a dedicated Service Engineer to each OEM/NEP partner. As an Astute Networks’ partner, your dedicated Service Engineer promptly responds to your phone calls and email questions or problem notifications. Our Service Engineers are technically knowledgeable and will answer and resolve most of your issues directly and will escalate and manage serious and complex issues through the escalation process. Astute Networks’ proactive, flexible, and well defined escalation process may be activated by Astute Networks or by you, our partner. It assures a collaborative resolution effort not only from Astute Networks’ partner service team, but also from our hardware/software engineering and QA teams. You can also be assured that Astute Networks’ Sales, Service, Engineering, QA, and Corporate management teams are engaged on all escalations.

Service Lifecycle

Partner Service at Astute Networks is not just about responding to problems. It is also taking a proactive response to prevent problems that could cause unexpected and unwanted down time. By educating our partner’s front line technical response teams, we help you set up a program of proactive measures to address issues before they become problems. This includes getting started, installation, and operational documentation as well as user-level and operational training programs covering topics such as warning signs and proactive procedures useful to your front line technical response team.

The proper implementation of cutting edge technology like Edge Storage is important to the maintainability of the product. The Astute Networks’ team works with our partners to assure initial implementations are successful implementations. We provide full educational services for our partner’s deployment teams so you know the products as well as the Astute Networks’ team.
